By giving us this information, you consent to this information being collected, used, disclosed, transferred or stored by the restaurant or our third-party providers as described in this privacy policy. Le Bistro's policies regarding personal data and cookies is a part of the general booking terms. By accepting the booking terms, you agree to the usage of personal data and cookies as described in the policy. You also guarantee that the personal data you give when booking is correct.​​

8.1 Ocho Suites & Kitchen can process your personal data through profiling if you are a customer. If you are a customer, information is analyzed about how you use our website, which of our newsletters you interacted with in order to provide you with mailings that we think suit you.

8.2 You can object to the processing of personal data through profiling at any time. You do this by calling us or by contacting When Ocho Suites & Kitchen has received your notification, we will stop processing your personal data for this purpose.


9.1 Your personal data is only saved as long as there is a need to save it to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Ocho Suites & Kitchen may save the data longer if necessary to comply with legal requirements or to monitor Ocho Suites & Kitchen's legal interests, e.g. if there is an ongoing legal process.

9.2 Ocho Suites & Kitchen saves information about customers for a maximum of 24 months after the customer last integrated with Ocho Suites & Kitchen.

11.1 Ocho Suites & Kitchen has the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time. Ocho Suites & Kitchen will notify you with reasonable notice of changes to the Privacy Policy.


12.1 You must always be able to feel safe when you provide us with your personal data. Ocho Suites & Kitchen has therefore taken the necessary security measures to protect your personal data against improper access, change and deletion. For example, all information about customers and Account Holders is saved in a database that is protected by authorization control and a firewall.


13.1 Ocho Suites & Kitchen is responsible for your personal data being processed in accordance with current legislation.

13.2 Ocho Suites & Kitchen will, at your request or on its own initiative, correct, de-identify, delete or supplement information that is found to be incorrect, incomplete or misleading.

13.3 You have the right to request

  1. Access to your personal data. This means that you have the right to request a register extract of the processing we carry out regarding your personal data. You also have the right to receive a copy of the personal data being processed. You have the right once per calendar year, through a written and signed application, to receive a register extract free of charge of what personal data is registered about you, the purposes of the processing and to which recipients the data has been or is to be disclosed. You also have the right to receive information in the register extract about where the data has been taken from if the personal data has not been collected from you, the existence of automated decision-making (including profiling) as well as the anticipated period during which the data will be stored or the criteria used to determine this period. You also have the right to receive information about your other rights specified in this point in the register extract.

  2. Correction of your personal data. At your request, we will correct the incorrect or incomplete data we process about you as quickly as possible.

  3. Deletion of your personal data. This means that you have the right to request that your personal data be deleted if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. However, there may be legal requirements that we may not immediately delete your personal data in, for example, accounting and tax legislation. We will then end the processing that is done for purposes other than complying with the legislation.

  4. Limitation of treatment. This means that your personal data is marked so that it may only be processed for certain limited purposes. You can, among other things, request a restriction when you believe that your data is incorrect and you have requested correction according to section 12.3 b). While the correctness of the data is being investigated, their processing will be limited.

13.4 Ocho Suites & Kitchen will notify each recipient to whom the personal data has been disclosed in accordance with point 10 above of any corrections or deletion of data as well as limitation of data processing.

13.5 You have the right to object to personal data processing carried out on the basis of a balancing of interests. If you object to such processing, we will only continue the processing if there are legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests.

13.6 If you do not want us to process your personal data for direct marketing, you always have the right to object to such processing by sending an email to Once we have received your objection, we will stop processing the personal data for such marketing purposes.

13.7 You have the right to submit any complaints regarding the processing of your personal data to the Data Inspectorate.
